AI Automation
for Law Firms.
SaveYa builds the full operation: intake systems, CRM automation, billing workflows, AI employees, and custom agents. It goes well beyond a phone-answering service and covers everything your firm needs to stop running manually.
The consult: one hour with the team, not a salesperson. You leave with a real number. The $250 comes off your build if you move forward. You pick your time right after checkout.
First three figures: Clio 2024 Legal Trends Report, which secret-shopped 500 US law firms. Answer rates were 56% in 2019.
What We Build
Six systems that run more of your practice.
Most firms only fix one thing. Here is everything we build for law firms.
From First Call to Open Clio Matter
The end-to-end flow that runs in law firms today: AI answers and runs intake, the engagement agreement goes out for e-signature, and the signed agreement opens the matter in Clio the moment it comes back. No re-keying, no dropped hand-offs.
Deep Clio Automation
The deepest Clio integration we have built: matters, time entries, activities, and documents, built inside the system your firm already runs on. Your team keeps working in Clio while the automation does the busywork underneath.
AI Phone & Receptionist
Answers every call, captures the ones your front desk misses, transfers live callers to the right person, and runs after-hours intake so a 2am call still becomes a booked consultation. A common first step.
Live Firm Dashboards + Demand & Referral Letters
Per-attorney KPIs pulled straight from Clio, plus demand and referral letters generated from the facts in your case files. A live picture of the practice, and the work product to move cases forward.
Don't see what you need? We probably build it.
The systems above are the flagships, not the whole list. Most of what we do is custom, built around one firm, and it runs the range: apps, software, AI agents, workflow automation, knowledge bases your team can actually ask questions of, system integrations, and hands-on consulting. Our Clio, Lawmatics, and CallRail integrations are running in production law firms today, all through our platform.
You are also not starting from scratch. We have solved a lot of these problems before, so where a pattern already exists we bring it to your firm and fit it to you instead of starting at zero. Your firm's data, files, and client information never leave your systems, and they are never used to build anyone else's. See what we have built. If you can describe the problem, we can build the solution.
Why Firms Switch
You have probably been sold this before.
Almost every firm we work with had already tried an AI company before they found us. That shapes how we do this.
We move in the first week
The usual story we hear is months of meetings and nothing running. So we build something you can actually use early, and you judge us on what is working rather than on a roadmap.
We will tell you not to buy
Sometimes the honest answer is that a subscription product solves your problem for a fraction of what a build costs. We say so, in writing, on our own comparison page. A firm that only needs the phone answered should go answer the phone.
When the tool cannot do it, we change the tool
Our phone app needed hold and a keypad. The underlying library did not support either, so we rewrote the library and added them. Most vendors tell you it is not on the roadmap. That is the whole difference.
One managing partner put it better than we could. He said we are not a bright shiny object, we are a solution center, and that we are good at separating the signal from the noise. We have been trying to live up to that ever since.
The Problem
Law firms run on relationships. Not on missed calls.
Attorneys bill by the hour. Every minute spent on manual intake, chasing overdue invoices, or playing phone tag is a minute not spent on client work. Most firms are running a handful of processes by hand that software could do. Every one of them is bleeding revenue.
The front desk goes home. Voicemail fills up. Leads go cold. Invoices go unpaid. None of that has to keep happening. An AI receptionist for law firms answers every call, and if you're weighing it against a subscription service, we wrote an honest comparison.
Missed calls become missed cases
Many potential clients never get a response. They call the next firm on the list. That case is gone, and you will never know it existed.
Manual intake wastes attorney time
Front desks handle intake the same way they did 20 years ago. It is slow, inconsistent, and expensive. Every hour spent on intake screening is an hour not billed to a client.
No system for follow-up
Most leads that do not book on the first call are never contacted again. There is no sequence, no automation, no follow-through. The revenue just walks away.
How It Works
From first call to live system.
The Consult
We learn your firm: practice areas, current intake process, what is broken, what is working, and what you want to stop doing manually. No pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation. The consult is $250, credited toward your build if you move forward.
We Build It
Everything is custom. Your workflows, your voice, your systems. We handle all the technical work and keep you informed throughout the build.
We Manage & Evolve
After launch we monitor, improve, and keep building as your firm grows. Your business changes. Your systems should change with it.
In production
Real systems. Running real firms.
These are production systems firms rely on every day, handling real calls, real clients, and real money right now.
+70% lead quality.
An injury firm reported lead quality up 70%, and Spanish-language leads climbing from 5% to 30% of intake, after we rebuilt how leads are captured, answered, and followed up. Those are the firm's own published figures.
Law · Lead conversion
Your whole stack, in Claude.
Our platform wires a firm's real tools back into AI, so staff run their software by just asking. Clio, Wealthbox, RingCentral, Microsoft 365 and more, all built on production integrations, not demos.
Platform
Everything we have built for firms
Not a menu of services.
Software that already exists.
None of this is a wish list. Most are running at firms today, and the few that are not say so on the card. Your build is assembled from these and shaped to your firm, which is why pieces of it are working for you early rather than only at the end.

FAQ
Real questions, straight answers.
What AI systems do law firms use most?
Intake and phones, case files read and summarized with a citation on every fact, documents and engagement letters, billing and collections, trust and payment plans, and dashboards that tell the partners what is actually happening. Most firms start with one piece and expand once they see what it does, and the point of a partnership is that expanding does not mean starting over.
How is this different from a virtual receptionist service?
A virtual receptionist is a person who answers your phone. Answering the phone is one piece of what we build, and usually not the most valuable one. What we do is build the systems your firm runs on and connect them to each other, so the call becomes an intake, the intake becomes a matter, the matter becomes a file and a bill, and nobody retypes any of it. A receptionist service stops at the message.
Can SaveYa automate our CRM?
Yes. We run production integrations with Clio, Lawmatics, and CallRail today, and we connect to whatever case management or CRM system your firm uses and build automation on top of it: follow-up sequences, stage-based triggers, automatic data entry, and reporting. You describe how you want it to work. We build it. Read the case studies of these systems running in law firms.
What happens if the AI makes something up?
We design for containment rather than blind trust. Our systems read and write structured data through governed API integrations like Clio and Lawmatics instead of free-form generating text into client files, outbound documents and messages are staged for someone at your firm to approve before they go anywhere, and every automated action is written to an audit log. AI can make mistakes, which is exactly why the consequential steps keep a human in the loop. See how we handle your data on our security page.
Does this work for solo practitioners and small firms?
Yes. Most of our law firm clients are small to mid-size practices. The automation is proportional to your volume and needs. A solo PI attorney has different requirements than a 20-person family law firm, and we build accordingly.
How long does it take to go live?
This is a partnership rather than a one-off project. There is a build phase, usually three to six months, where we scope and build the systems your firm runs on and keep adjusting them as your team actually uses them. Pieces start going live along the way rather than all at the end. After the build it moves to a maintenance phase at a lower monthly rate, where we keep everything running and keep adding to it. You get a real scope of work before any money changes hands.
What does it cost?
We work as a partnership rather than selling you a product off a shelf. A monthly fee covers the build phase while we scope, build and keep adjusting the systems your firm runs on, and after that it steps down to a lower monthly rate where we keep everything running and keep adding to it. Consulting and training for your team are part of it. Every firm is different, so the number depends on scope. The consult is $250, credited toward your build, and you leave with a real one. There are no surprise costs.
