What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect

If you fill out a form on saveyatech.com or book a consultation, we collect your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. If you become a client, the systems we build for you may process additional data (client records, call recordings, case information) as part of delivering that specific system, that's covered by your service agreement with us, not this page.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything beyond running SaveYa Tech and delivering the systems we build.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in at saveyatech.com/sms-consent, we may send you transactional text messages such as consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and project or support status updates. Text messaging is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any SaveYa Tech service.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. We share a mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only to deliver it.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who sees it

A small number of tools we run our own business on (email, scheduling, payment processing) may hold your contact info. We use established, reputable providers for these and don't hand your data to anyone else.

Client systems

If we've built a system for your business, the data that system touches belongs to you and your clients. We access it only as needed to build, fix, or maintain what we built, and we follow the confidentiality terms in your service agreement.

Your choices

Email chris@saveyatech.com anytime to see what we have on file, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you.

If this changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above.
