What we do

SaveYa Tech builds custom software, AI systems, and automations for businesses, and offers consulting and training. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement, not on this page.

The website

Content on saveyatech.com (including the SaveYa Library) is for informational purposes. We keep it accurate to the best of our ability but don't guarantee every detail is current at all times.

Consulting sessions

Paid sessions (like the Strategy Hour) are one-time purchases. Rescheduling is fine with reasonable notice; refunds are handled case by case, just email us.

Client work

Any software, integration, or system we build for you under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement. These general terms apply to the website and to any interaction before a formal agreement is in place.

Liability

We do good work and stand behind it, but SaveYa Tech isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or of a system we've built, beyond what's specifically committed to in your service agreement.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messaging from SaveYa Tech LLC is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service. You opt in only by submitting the form at saveyatech.com/sms-consent with the consent box checked. The box is unchecked by default, and the form can be submitted without it, in which case no consent is recorded and you receive no messages.

Messages we send are transactional: consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and project or support status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
