How to ask

1. Email chris@saveyatech.com with the subject "Data deletion request."
2. Tell us how you reached us so we can find your data. For example, your Facebook or Instagram name or username, the email or phone number you used on a form, or roughly when you messaged or commented.
3. We will reply to confirm we got your request. If we need to confirm the request really came from you, we will ask.

You can also send the same request as a message to our Facebook Page or our Instagram account.

What we delete

• Your contact details and lead form answers (name, email, phone number and what you told us), wherever we keep them.
• Any notes, emails or copies we made of your comments or messages.
• Any data about you that our Meta app or our website holds, including short term technical logs where we are able to remove them.

When

We delete your data within 30 days of confirming your request, and we email you when it is done. If the law requires us to keep a record (for example, a paid invoice), we keep only that record, only as long as required, and use it for nothing else.

What stays on Facebook and Instagram

Comments you post and messages you send live on Meta's systems. You can delete your own comments at any time on Facebook or Instagram. If you ask, we will also delete your comments on our posts and delete the conversation from our Page or account inbox. Meta then handles that data under its own policies.

You can also remove apps and websites connected to your own Facebook account in your Facebook settings, under Apps and Websites. Most people never connect to SaveYa 1 directly, because it only runs on our own accounts.
