Built for a state that just went all-in on e-filing.
New York runs on NYSCEF, governed by Uniform Rule 202.5-b. As of January 1, 2026 the mandatory program covers all civil actions, and on March 2, 2026 it widened again to take in CPLR Article 70 and 78 proceedings, Election Law matters, matrimonial cases, and Mental Hygiene Law matters. Family Court e-filing now runs in 24 counties.
That is a lot of change in one year, and it lands hardest on small firms. When the filing side goes fully digital, the intake and client side being stuck on paper and voicemail becomes the bottleneck. That gap is what we build into.
We work across the five boroughs and out through Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and up the Hudson. The work is remote, so a firm in Buffalo gets the same build as a firm on Broadway.
We do not file anything for you and we do not want that job. Our systems carry the work up to a decision and then wait for an attorney to say yes.

Do you work with New York law firms?
Yes. We work across the five boroughs and the surrounding counties, and our client base runs down through the New Jersey side of the metro. The work is remote, so we build for firms anywhere in the state.
Does this work with Clio?
Yes. We build directly against Clio Manage and Clio Grow, so a signed client can open a matter, get a folder, and start a billing record without anyone retyping anything. We also work with Lawmatics and with firms who use neither.
We are a small firm. Is this built for us?
It is built for exactly that. Big firms have staff to absorb the busywork. Small firms do not, which is why the phone goes unanswered at 5pm and a case walks. Most of our work is with firms small enough that one missed call actually matters.
Is my client information safe?
Your data stays in your systems. We build inside the tools you already pay for rather than copying your files somewhere new, and everything runs with approval gates and audit logs. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice, so your confidentiality obligations stay yours to direct and we build to whatever line you draw.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
